徐莹，男，1982年生，湖南岳阳人，湖南大学公共管理系副教授，博士生导师，香港理工大学建筑及房地产系博士，湖南省青年骨干教师，湖南大学“岳麓学者”获得者，美国南加州大学Sol Price公共政策学院访问学者。研究方向为城市发展与管理。
